Ecohealth (Ecosystem Approaches to Health) has been developed over decades by networks of researchers and Communities of Practice. The tendency remains for health-related organizations to revert to a relatively simple animal-human dyad, rather than considering the roots of human well-being and the dynamics of complex ecological systems. Even so, the case studies represented here are steps in the right direction. The document was prepared by Veterinarians without Borders, a Canadian charitable, secular veterinary-based organization which works to foster the health of animals, people and their environments.1 digital file (101 p. : ill.)application/pdfenECOSYSTEM APPROACHESZOONOTIC DISEASESCASE STUDIESANIMAL HEALTHDISEASE CONTROLENVIRONMENTAL HEALTHECOHEALTHHEALTH POLICYBIODIVERSITYGLOBALVETERINARY MEDICINEOne Health for One World: A Compendium of Case StudiesSynthesis Report
