The Council collects judicial opinions and other information from 16 Courts of Appeal and High Court stations spread over the country. In 2010, the Council implemented a web-based Document Management System, with a comprehensive method of tracking, collecting and forwarding judicial opinion countrywide that includes web content management and a virtual workspace for collaboration. The NCLR also publishes information that complements case law and national legislation.
