Significant engagement, capacity building, knowledge sharing, institutional strengthening, mainstreaming, and implementation remain to be undertaken for Pakistan to adapt to climate change—particularly at the provincial level, given the recent devolution of responsibilities under the 18th Amendment to Pakistan’s constitution. Most of the projects identified focus on freshwater and watershed management.
