Evaluation work by its nature can not always be conducted in the open; thus, many evaluation outputs have not been shared openly. Preparing evaluation outputs specifically for different audiences (internal/ external) may provide a solution. These conditions prompt questions regarding what level of data can be shared such as: processes, methods and/or high-level findings and recommendations.application/pdfenUTILIZATION FOCUSED EVALUATIONMONITORING AND EVALUATIONRESEARCH NEEDSMETHODOLOGYOPEN ACCESSOPEN DATAROER4DOPEN EDUCATIONAL RESOURCESACCESS TO EDUCATIONGLOBAL SOUTHEvaluating an open research project : some practical lessons from the ROER4D projectPresentation
