The agreement specified two workshops, one on Monitoring and Evaluation and another on Communication Planning, to be conducted in 1992, and another two workshops on the same subjects to be conducted in 1993 for staff of IDRC-assisted projects in the Asia-Pacific region. The IDRC-DTCP training courses have four main features which are based on certain assumptions arid pragmatic considerations.Text1 digital file (8 p.)application/pdfenPROJECT MONITORINGRESEARCH CAPACITYPROJECT MANAGEMENTPROJECT EVALUATIONCAPACITY BUILDINGMONITORING AND EVALUATIONINFORMATION MANAGEMENTORGANIZATION OF RESEARCHTRAINING PROGRAMMESTechnical Report: 1st Workshop - Monitoring and Evaluation - April 06 - 30, 1992IDRC Final Report
