The rules of use, a management tool that was included in this legal registration, were established in a participatory manner. Approved by ANPE, they establish the internal rules for members and member organizations that want to use and administer the collective mark respectively. Central requisites and administrative procedures to obtain the use authorization of the collective mark as well as key quality control mechanisms are outlined. The five registered product categories according to the Nice Classification are highlighted. Infractions and sanctions are established and instructions for proper labeling and packaging and a lossary are also included. The rules of use set the foundations of a formal and institutionalized environment for transparent and effective management of the collective mark, in order to contribute to organic branding and product differentiation to increase sales and income as drivers of food security for agroecological peasant farmers.Texto1 fichero numérico (17 p. : il.)Application/pdfesRULES OF USECOLLECTIVE MARKPRODUCT DIFFERENTIATIONINTELLECTUAL PROPERTY TOOLSORGANIC SMALLHOLDER PRODUCTSFOOD SECURITYSEGURIDAD ALIMENTARIAAGRICULTURAL PRODUCT MARKETINGCOMERCIALIZACION DE PRODUCTOS AGRICOLASMARKET ACCESSFOOD PRODUCTIONPRODUCCION ALIMENTARIAMarca colectiva frutos de la tierra (anexo 28 del informe técnico final)IDRC Final Report
