This report describes GSJ’s prospectus implementation strategy, as well as how the program is responding to challenges, opportunities and risks (2011-2016). GSJ-funded research produced important insights on how to increase the legitimacy and accountability of public authorities. GSJ now participates in global and regional policy dialogues on issues of fragility, security, and conflict and has cultivated effective relationships with strategic partners to enhance locally-grounded research in decision making.Text1 digital file (28 p. : ill.)Application/pdfenSECURITY SECTOR REFORMHUMAN SECURITYGLOBAL SOUTHCIVIL AND POLITICAL RIGHTSIMPUNITYSEXUAL VIOLENCEPOST-TRAUMATIC STRESS DISORDERSINSTITUTION BUILDINGACCOUNTABILITYCAPACITY BUILDINGACCESS TO JUSTICEPROGRAMME EVALUATIONGovernance, Security, and Justice (GSJ) Program prospectus reportIDRC Evaluation Report
