In this case the topic is the transmission and treatment of malaria in Uganda, focusing on evidence-based research for health planning and policy making. To encourage dialogue, the suggested format in the preparation process is: one page of key messages; three pages for the executive summary; twenty-five pages devoted to a full scientific report.
