As part of the larger project, “Scaling Up Small Millet Post-Harvest and Nutritious Food Products” value added products derived from small millets are important for promoting increased household consumption. The tiny "grain" (which is actually a seed) is gluten-free and packed with vitamins and minerals. Small Millets are rich sources of nutrients such as magnesium, calcium, manganese, phosphorus, iron and antioxidants.
