Based on an understanding of their operations and the clients they serve, such as this research provides, with a particular focus on women’s labour in domestic and banking sectors, Ministries of Employment and Social Welfare and the Labour Commissions can devise new policy and legislation that will empower women under at least minimum standards with regards to terms and conditions of employment.Text1 digital file (20 p. : ill.)Application/pdfenWOMEN WORKERSDOMESTIC WORKERSWORKING CONDITIONSLABOUR RELATIONSFORMAL SECTORINFORMAL SECTORBANKINGSUB-SAHARAN AFRICAGHANAUNPAID LABOURGENDER DISCRIMINATIONGENDER EQUALITYREGULATIONGENDER RESEARCHPromoting Decent Work for Women in the Banking and Domestic Sectors in Ghana : a national research dissemination and policy dialogue, 14th December 2011Workshop Report
