The rPCR system is an ambitious experiment into building organizational learning and is a success on many levels. Nearly all those interviewed endorse the system’s capacity to engender good, solid and substantive engagement and learning. Moreover, it is one of the few vehicles in philanthropy that supports active supervision and development of staff capacity.
