The research indicates that information needs by residency, age, gender and education levels did not show major differences among respondents, but differences were observed between employed and unemployed. Public offices have created information databases, but fail to place them on the Internet with easy public access to meet citizens’ information needs.Text1 digital file (56 p. : ill.)enACCESS TO INFORMATIONGOVERNMENT PROGRAMMESPUBLIC SERVICESINFORMATION TECHNOLOGYCOMMUNICATION INFRASTRUCTUREINTERNETMONGOLIAImproving the responsiveness and efficiency of public sector's information provision for government services in Mongolia : subproject final report of "MEGA MONGOLIA- DREAM IT" projectIDRC Final Report
