The transfer of capabilities from Caribbean Industrial Research Institute (CARIRI) to CITSL will be done using a modular approach. Some advantages of this approach are presented in the report. Given the entrepreneurial thrust of CITSL, the culture within the organization will undergo a fundamental change. The principal focus of CARIRI has been on testing, and while much of this will continue, it will be done with an eye on downstream work such as related consulting.Text1 digital file (31 p. : ill.)enPUBLIC RESEARCH ORGANIZATIONSTECHNOLOGY TRANSFERUNIVERSITY INDUSTRY LINKAGESCARIBBEANStructuring an institutional model for the Caribbean Industrial & Technological Services Ltd.
