The Program seeks to facilitate more rigorous engagement of doctoral students in health systems and population health research, strengthen their research skills, and provide them an opportunity for timely completion of their doctoral training. The evaluation assesses progress in achievement of programme objectives as well as ensuring operational and financial sustainability.
