Evening or at night – you want something to eat - you can go and get it.” The presentation shows features of the lazy garden techniques of complementary planting, which creates a complex horizontal and vertical structure. Using a modified innovation systems framework helped to inform problems in scaling-up of the innovation.Text1 digital file (20 p. : ill.)enPHILIPPINESBIOFERTILIZERSINNOVATION ADOPTIONTHAILANDLIVELIHOODSGARDENINGFOOD SECURITYORGANIC FARMINGINNOVATION SYSTEMSBIOINNOVATIONFAR EAST ASIALazy gardens : a sustainability experiment in the uplands of Northern ThailandPanel on “Transition challenges facing bio-innovations for the poor”, IT APN International Conference “Innovation and sustainability transitions in Asia”, 9-11 January 2011, Kuala LumpurPresentation
