Tools were developed to assess impacts of international initiatives in conflict-prone regions where “any development project set in a conflict-prone region may reduce, create or intensify violent conflicts.” The Final Report of the ‘Assessing the Impact of Peace and Conflict Impact Assessment (AI-PCIA): A Global South-North Participatory Research Project’ provides an overview of the project outputs while considering its impacts and effects.
