The evaluation adopted a results-oriented approach, assessing the performance of Innovating for Maternal and Child Health in Africa (IMCHA) against the targets of the performance measurement framework (PMF), as well as a reflexive approach, drawing lessons from the processes of project and programme implementation. The data derived from scales were tabulated, proportions were calculated where appropriate and compared to proportions reported in the midterm survey. Annexes provide tables of outcomes.application/pdfenMATERNAL AND CHILD HEALTHSUMMATIVE EVALUATIONMONITORING AND EVALUATIONPROGRAMME EVALUATIONIDRCPERFORMANCE ASSESSMENTPROJECT IMPLEMENTATIONSOUTH OF SAHARAInnovating for maternal and child health in Africa (IMCHA) summative evaluation : main reportEvaluation Report
