dc.description.abstract	The overall objective of the workshop was to assess the level of implementation of the Internet Treaties: the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Copyright Treaty (WCT) and WIPO Performances and Phonograms Treaty (WPPT). The seminar was organized against a backdrop of delayed or stalled ratification of the two treaties by majority of the African countries. Country reports are covered, as well as conference structure.	en
