Abstract
The CarISnet Consortium consists of four organisations from the Caribbean dedicated to spreading the strategic use of ICTs for sustainable human development of the Caribbean. The report contains a mapping of the change process that Boundary Partners might undergo as a result of involvement with the project. Over the next 12 months CarsISnet 2 will contribute to unleashing the social transformation potential of ICT for development by strengthening the Caribbean ICT Virtual Stakeholders’ Community (CIVIC) network, providing training, support for online thematic discussion, and the participative development of a two-year work plan with members of CIVIC.
