It describes: the vision, mission, goal, objectives, anticipated partners, priority themes and guiding principles; the program's expected outcomes related to the program objectives; the operational modalities, activities, program structure and work plan; and an outline of CCAA's monitoring and evaluation plan. Given the existing levels of greenhouse gasses in the atmosphere, African countries must adapt to the impacts of climate change.en
