Abstract
This Phase (4) of the strategic evaluation focuses on six organizational case studies intended to help the IDRC plan for, implement, and evaluate support for its partners’ capacity development [see “Cross-case study analysis : capacity development for research - strategic evaluation http://hdl.handle.net/10625/47603]. Political and economic conditions make Cambodia a difficult environment for achieving sustainable and equitable development. This detailed report provides findings of IDRC’s research capacity development and results, in partnerships with the Ministry of Environment, the Cambodia Development Resource Institute, and the community-based natural resources management (CBNRM) Learning Institute.
