dc.description.abstractThe study analyzes the draft of Company Law prepared by the Ministry of the National Economy, and makes an assessment of its impact on performance of companies operating in Palestine, and on their competitiveness in both local and international markets. The provisions of this draft law were compared with applicable company laws in other countries and other laws applicable in Palestine, taking into consideration modern developments such as globalization, information technology, e-trade, and global opening. The report details research and findings as well as project implementation, outputs and dissemination, providing policy papers and recommendations.en
