dc.description.abstractAlthough 9/10 of learning institutions had computers, and 6/10 of the institutions were connected to the Internet, on average only 3/10 of the computers were connected to the Internet. The ratio of learners to computers was 1:24 with 8/10 of the institutions having an ICT advisor/technician. The presentation shows results of a survey of eight schools regarding computer usage and skills training.en
