The research supports food producers with little or no formal education in retrieving agricultural information from computers, CDs and DVDs. The ICT centre, Atakwa Community Centre for Agri-info Sharing through ICTs (ACCASI) was established through this project, and the agricultural information mostly needed by local food producers in Atakwaa was stored in formats that are easily retrieved and used. Some members of the community received microfinance education and funds, and many have been linked to other Holders of Knowledge in the Mfantisman district. A guide book is available to assist individuals or organisations that hope to replicate the process.en
