dc.description.abstractThe Isang Bagsak program is a learning and networking program in Participatory Development Communication for researchers, development practitioners, associated stakeholders, and resource persons who work with communities often in environmental and natural resources management. The program has been developed through a pilot phase conducted with project teams from Uganda, Cambodia and Vietnam. This report reviews activities to date and introduces the next phase.en
