The brochure provides statistical tables of the results of a 17-country survey regarding levels of ICT adoption and usage, including some of the factors that influence access. It also provides insight about appropriate policy and regulatory measures to boost mobile access and usage. Avoiding sector and service specific levies and additional taxes will result in lower recovery costs and therefore lower prices.en
