The African Copyright and Access to Knowledge Network (ACA2K) methodology guide was instrumental in impacting Kenya’s copyright office in probing the compatibility of its copyrights law with international agreements. The Standing Committee on Copyright and Related Rights (SCCR) is a specialised committee within the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) dealing with copyright. This session of the conference focused on Limitations and Exceptions (L&E) in regard to visual impairment, libraries and archives. Digital technologies and social, cultural and religious limitations remained unsettled.en
