Abstract
This document is the final report of the Mid-term evaluation of OWSD activities, “Supporting Women’s Leadership in Science, Technology and Innovation in Scientifically and Technologically Lagging Countries (2017-2021)” (hereafter referred to as “the evaluation”). Technopolis Group conducted the evaluation between May 2021 and July 2021. The evaluation was commissioned by OWSD Secretariat. The review aims to inform on the OWSD programmes' achievements, seek lessons, and make recommendations for improvements. This mid term evaluation was foreseen as part of the Sida-IDRC grant awarded to OWSD in 2017.
