Abstract
The centrality of case management strategies (CMS) and practices are consistently underlined in discussions on the sustainability of the community advice office (CAO) sector. This chapter discusses the case management strategies found in the CAO sector in section 1.2, followed by a comparative analysis of the functionality of the ten CAOs, located in five of South Africa’s provinces, that are included in this study in section 1.3.
