Abstract
Despite the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, this OD4D report shows that investments in building local capacity have created a resilient network able to meet programming expectations, while responding to global challenges. The paper reviews activities, goals, outcomes and outputs of the OD4D Phase One and Two, while introducing the Third phase, which is to facilitate the use of data to improve gender equity and inclusion, governance and economic growth, and builds on the work of the Feminist Open Government Initiative (FOGO). Open Data for Development network helps governments plan, execute and manage standards and open indicators, helping harness the power of open data.
