Abstract

The article reviews research to identify determinants of stillbirth. Findings show that obstructed labour is the most important factor associated with stillbirths in Zambezia province health facilities (2013-2014). Strengthening diagnostic analysis and approaches to obstetric complications remain priorities in Zambezia to reduce perinatal deaths.
