The aim is to identify and define the main terms that are used to refer to PDC´s, to detect PDC typologies in the international and regional literature; to analyze these typologies‘ characteristics and to find common or unifying patterns; to explore the business structures underlying these typologies and then to identify related management challenges concerning each business structure.
