Abstract
The project informed policies that promote the financial inclusion of women and youth in Latin America and the Caribbean. Proyecto Capital and the Alliance for Financial Inclusion (AFI), together with the Banque de la République d’Haiti (BRH) were crucial partners. This report includes summaries of objectives and outcomes, achievements, challenges, links and publications. A regional dialogue on financial inclusion within cash transfer ecosystems involved policy makers, financial institutions, and telecom companies from Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Honduras, Paraguay, Peru, Dominican Republic and Tanzania. As a result of instability in Haiti, changes within BRH personnel made it difficult to coordinate the implementation of the project final phase.
