Abstract
Urban Climate Resilience in Southeast Asia Partnership (UCRSEA) introduced a new course syllabus on Urban Climate Change Resilience and Governance during the Curriculum Development Training Workshop held in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Twenty-two scholars and practitioners from the Mekong countries participated and were provided training for how to teach/present the course in their respective institutions. The newsletter provides updates on activities of Urban Climate Resilience in Southeast Asia Partnership (UCRSEA) scholars, research, conferences, announcements and notable publications. A feature article reports on air pollution in Phnom Penn, Cambodia.
