Abstract
The IDRC Climate Change Program (CCP) has successfully informed and impacted policy and decision making at different scales. In terms of project and programme influence, the evaluation concludes that the integrated approach of generating new knowledge, and capacity building and leadership development activities, have influenced and /or are likely to influence a number of policies and plans as well as decision making processes at various levels, local to international. This detailed external evaluation reports on projects, outputs, outcomes and challenges of the IDRC’s Climate Change Program.
