Abstract

This mid-term review looks at Food Security and Nutrition (FSN) in Cambodia, where progress has been made regarding sustainable development goal #2: “End hunger, achieve food security and improved nutrition and promote sustainable agriculture.” The presentation provides detail in the form of at-a-glance tables to show key considerations in governance in terms of strategy, coordination, participation, and information and knowledge management. It also presents current challenges, addressing these in terms of availability, access, utilization, and stability. For instance, “stability” would require “Continuing to strengthen disaster management (risk reduction, preparedness and response) mechanisms for all possible shocks (including climate, economic, health).”
