Abstract
The presentation illustrates use of the utilization focused evaluation (UFE) framework in relation to the assessment of network growth in Research into Open Educational Resources for Development (ROER4D). Twitter analytics, as well as other social network systems provide data, which helps indicate the expansion of Open Educational Resources.
