Abstract

One of the key evaluation areas of Research into Open Educational Resources for Development (ROER4D) is “curation of output as open content.” ‘Outputs’ can be defined as documents and data. The presentation describes how an open approach influences the curation strategy, and how this can in turn be shaped by the digital platform in terms of security, privacy, types of metadata, accessibility and ease of use.
