Abstract
The presentation provides a description of the process to develop and validate an instrument to understand current and potential users of open education resources (OER) in Postsecondary Education in the Global South. The final survey tool was hosted on SurveyMonkey in English, Spanish, Bahasa (Indonesia) and Portuguese languages. Initial results are shown.
