External evaluation of the project “supporting democratic communities through enhanced youth participation” / final report
Abstract
The grant funded a pilot program of the Youth Democracy Academy (YDA) in Tunisia; its overall goal is to ensure that young women and men often marginalized from political processes, are equipped with the knowledge and skills to effectively contribute to the consolidation and strengthening of their democracies. The report provides an evaluation of programme activities, outcomes, relevance, challenges and effectiveness, along with recommendations. The evaluation does not cover curriculum content or the learning modules’ quality from a technical point of view.
