This document provides a list of theses on the subject of preservation of fruit crops, including the use and application of hexanal. It is an annex to the larger project: Enhanced Preservation of Fruits using Nanotechnology : a Canadian International Food Security Research Fund Project (CIFSRF Phase 2).
