Abstract

This Annex to the larger project “Synergizing fertilizer micro-dosing and indigenous vegetable production to enhance food and economic security of West African farmers (CIFSRF Phase 2)” reports on the Microveg scaling up team. Organized training for vegetable/ value addition entrepreneurs and public and private partners was carried out at State levels in 7 states of Nigeria and 14 districts in Benin Republic reaching 42,984 farmers. The training targeted dissemination of technologies to vegetable famers and processors who could add value to vegetables. Tables provide statistics by region, type of training activity, type of production and number of farmers/producers reached.
