Abstract
This case study is part of the overall regional comparative study of small scale industries initiated by the Association of Development Research and Training Institutes of Asia and Pacific. It presents the similarities and differences between Hong Kong and other participating countries, highlighting the loose system of support characteristic to Hong Kong industries.
