Abstract

ICT-MNC (Multinational Corporations) located in Argentina are more connected with the domestic than with the foreign market and are an important source of job creation, taking into account that two thirds of the surveyed companies have more than fifty employees. Active policies that tend to promote linkages - both forwards and backwards - between domestic ICT firms and MNCs, stimulate and encourage growth in the sector. Mapping of ICT sector members was included in the project inception.
