Abstract
The goal of this project is to contribute to awareness-raising about tensions between green growth, inclusiveness, and natural resource based growth in Latin America, so that alternative strategies might be represented in future public policy. The need to address distributional issues is worthy of notice; green policies should favor the poor and middle classes. Multiple outputs of the research are analysed, with recommendations for different sectors, for instance energy, renewable energy, mining, agriculture, emissions trading.
