Reports on gender equality
Abstract
Through the Faculty of Economics and Political Sciences (Cairo University) this seminar was presented over two days, on the launch of the Arabic version for the United Nations Research Institute for Social Development Report under the name “Gender Equality: Striving for Justice in an Unequal World.” The report provides details of inquiry, presentations and discussions regarding the status of women/empowerment of women within economic settings. Previous conferences had been held on the translation of this report into Chinese, Spanish, French then into Arabic. The report is in English and Arabic.
