Abstract
This image-rich PowerPoint presentation suggests that no military answers to complex environmental, agricultural, or health questions are sufficient to address the problems in Myanmar. Economic interventions may move forward some possibilities such as the Kachin dam (2011) and a coal- fired power plant, Dawei (2012). New roles are suggested for political parties as well as a new role for Daw Suu Kyi (Aung San Suu Ky ).The people of Rakhine State (Rakhine Buddhists and Rohingya Muslims) deserve inclusion.
