Abstract
This report outlines parameters of the research study, partnerships between institutions, research sites, challenges, and participants and stakeholders. Various partners have agreed to assist in the implementation on the project. How the Collaborative Adaptation Research Initiative in Africa and Asia (CARIAA)-funded project could best collaborate with government policies and programmes was the focus of one of the workshops undertaken in support of the proposal development.
