Abstract
The Institute of Public Policy and Administration (IPPA), Graduate School of Development at the University of Central Asia (UCA) announces its Certificate in Policy Analysis programme. Developed in collaboration with Carleton University’s School of Public Policy and Administration (Ottawa, Canada), the Certificate programme outlined here is targeted to civil servants, independent analysts and non-governmental organisations towards developing skills in evidence-based policy analysis. Offered in a flexible, part-time format, it is the first of its kind in the region. The language of instruction is Russian.
