Abstract:
The CCAA program aims to improve the capacity
of African countries to adapt to climate change
in ways that benefit the most vulnerable. To
achieve our aim, the program supports three
activity areas or program strategies:
• Support for participatory action research (PAR)
• Education and training
• Communications and networking
